I'm Laura Hulcher, REALTOR® with HomeSmart. My job is to make your move feel manageable: answer your questions, stay on top of the details, and keep the next step moving. From the first conversation through the final paperwork, you can count on clear communication, steady follow-up, and someone who takes ownership of getting things done.
I work alongside my mother, Mary Anne Hulcher, as Hulcher Homes. Mary Anne brings more than 40 years of real estate experience to our team; I bring a hands-on commitment to each client's move. We help buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients across Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert.
